Connecting with Your Soulmate- A Guided Opportunity

There is a belief in China that a red string ties together a couple even before they meet. The string shortens as the couple grows closer to one another in time. Connecting with your soulmate is not a search at all but a process of opening and expansion on many energetic levels. I am very happy to offer a guided meditation and exercise to enhance connecting with your soulmate through time and space and tap into the process so you are ready when your soulmate is physically in your life. Please reserve 30 minutes for this guided work that includes an initial relationship Tarot reading.

What does your energetic tell people?

"Our vibes speak louder than our words." -Author Gabby Bernstein

In recent readings, this has come up frequently. You see, we cannot change anyone but ourselves and that includes changing our energetic, being present in the moment, and being love. Love does not need an object. Love is our very being. I can guarantee that if you practice affirmations, set your intention daily to be love and bring it with you no matter where, no matter the situation, your life and the lives of those around you will change. Remember you will reap what you sow. This is especially helpful when you are around people you are not exactly having a good relationship with. If you bring your loving whole self, stay in the moment, and expect the best, it will be felt around you. And people will respond to it accordingly!

I draw the me the best life has to offer! Blessings, Sangit

The Benefits of Positive Thinking

"Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave." - Harvey Mackay

There is so much written about positive self-talk and how it can transform your life that it is used in effectively in clinical settings. Replacing negative thinking with positive thoughts or affirmations changes your frequency and increases your chances of drawing positive people and events into your Life. So, if you really want to put your life on the path you desire, then know, believe, and trust that it will happen. And whenever you find yourself thinking on the negative side, change your thoughts to a positive thought or affirmation.

You will be surprised over time as you become aware of how many negative and judgmental thoughts you actually have. My favorite affirmation is: I draw to me the best life has to offer! Say it with conviction and faith and watch life around you change for the better.

Moving Forward is not Easy

"You will either step forward into growth or backward into safety."- Psychologist Abraham Maslow

Stepping forward, leaving a relationship, or a friendship is very scary. But think of the people and things you feel you have outgrown. Moving ahead in a truthful, authentic way takes courage. It is also the unknown that scares us. But these are really the magical moments. Untethering yourself from relationships that do not support your growth, or deciding to go back to school for what you truly desire all take courage. Not moving forward means you are staying in your comfort zone even though it is full of pain and because that is what you know and that's where you stay.

Moving forward does not need to be as dramatic as leaving a relationship but doing those things that fulfill you daily. Use affirmations to draw more positivity into your life.

And remember, bring your love wherever or whatever you are doing. That is how change truly happens. I draw to me the best life has to offer! Many Blessings, Sangit

Don’t Get Burned by Anger

"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned." ― Buddha

Anger and non-acceptance of a situation can be likened to holding a hot potato in your hand ready to throw it. Anger is a normal emotion but when it is held on to, it becomes an energetic block to your own happiness and fullfilment. If you have passed through a difficult situation that has caused you anger and even rage, it is time to assess how the anger is stunting your growth and whether it is a positive experience for you. Anger also causes stress and unhappiness. Think of the situation that is making you angry. Picture the situation in your mind in vivid colors and slowly take the colors out of the vision until is in grey tones. Then begin to shrink the picture in your mind until it is so small, it does not have an effect on you. This is only one exercise that is used to diminish the energetic of anger and bring you to a place where it is not affecting you. Let go of the anger! Come to a point of forgiveness and do it for yourself. It will liberate you to walk a path of peace, prosperity and joy! I draw to me the best life has to offer!! Many Blessings, Sangit

Time to Change Old Habits

"We are whatever we repeatedly do."- Aristotle

The lunar eclipse will have major impact on our lives. It is perfect timing to make changes to our daily routines during such a transformational period. Remember what we focus on will grow. Imagine you have a potted flower and a potted weed, which one would you nurture with water? The answer is simple. Now think about yourself and your life. How much negativity (especially in your thoughts) are you nurturing day in and day out? How will you reach your dreams if you give the reigns to negative thinking and circumstances? Now is the time to focus on your dreams and aspirations each and every day. Create a dream board to strengthen your focus towards the future and life you want to design. Use affirmations when you notice your mind is on the attack. Create a daily ritual of giving gratitude by writing in a journal. There are so many more tools you can use to ensure you are living a fulfilling life that you create. These are just a few. Remember the affirmation: I draw to me the best life can offer!

Moving Forward in the New Year!

"Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know."- Pema Chödrön

What perfect timing for this quote! With 2019 coming upon us, think of the experiences of 2018 and what you want to leave behind this past year. Examine what you have been through in 2018, especially the most difficult times, and what lessons you have learned as a result. In this manner, you can begin 2019 with a blank slate- especially without the hurts of the past year. It is also important to integrate positive thinking and begin to use affirmations to replace despondent and negative thoughts that can drive your life. Start your New Year with positive thoughts. My favorite affirmation is: I draw to me the best life can offer! I wish you all a healthy, joyous, and prosperous New Year! Many Blessings- Sangit

Bring Meaning to your Life

"Life is without meaning. You bring the meaning to it. The meaning of life is whatever you ascribe it to be. Being alive is the meaning."- Joseph Campbell

This is a quote has been discussed among philosophers, and meditation teachers. We are born with a clean slate and being totally alive, responding to stimuli in our environment. As we grow older, we waiting for a big response about your own personal direction, it usually does not come. It is our responsibility to bring meaning into our life. This brings us to action and intent of how you want to create your life. We are truly responsible for what we create in life- as you only are responsible for what you create and how you give meaning to your life. Expand your horizons daily. Invite people into your loving space. Use affirmations that will draw the best life has to offer. One is: I draw to me the best life has to offer. Another is: My life is sacred and my desires are divine! I leave you with blessings. -Sangit

Life Takes Courage

"Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage."- Anais Nin

For many, our dreams of what life could be like seem out of reach, at least for now. Courage is a key ingredient to a successful life, and I don't just mean financially. It takes courage to network for work, socialize to create friendships, and be open to your soulmate entering your life. This also means that we need to step out of our comfort zone and requires action. Sitting at home does not expand your life. It shrinks your world bit by bit. Follow your instincts and accept invitations to parties (especially during the holidays), gatherings, conferences, meet up groups. Just do something that you normally would not do. Push yourself to delve deep to find your courage and take action in your life. And remember, use affirmations to counter act any doubts and negative thoughts that tend to shrink your life and keep you isolated. I draw to me the best life can offer!!

This Too Shall Pass

"Never cut a tree down in the wintertime. Never make a negative decision in the low time. Never make your most important decisions when you are in your worst moods. Wait. Be patient. The storm will pass. The spring will come."- Robert H. Schuller

Think of how many decisions we make when we are upset or angry and how that turns out! Usually not well. We cannot see through muddied waters and neither can we see or think clearly during one of life's storms. During these periods, it is best to practice the virtue of patience. Let things and emotions settle before making any important decisions especially when it comes to jobs, marriage, divorce, and family or romantic relationships.

When the storm passes and your emotions have calmed, the decision you make will come from your truth rather than fear and anger and it will lead you in the right direction.

I draw to me the best life can offer! Many Blessings, Sangit.

Choose Your Thoughts and Future

"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another." - William James

I do speak quite a bit about the importance of changing our thoughts to positive ones using affirmations on a regular basis. See what we think of and focus on will be what we get. If you have both a weed and a flower, which one would you nurture and water? It is obvious- the flower. Then why do we allow focusing on our negative thoughts rather than nurturing our positive, alive, joyous thoughts? One way is to use affirmations when you have a negative thought comes up. I use one that covers everything for me. "I draw to me the best life can off." Say it and believe it with your being! Another way to dissuade negative thinking is by adapting a practice of daily meditation. It quiets the mind, helps boost creativity, and reduce stress. You can start with 10 minutes a day and build up time.

So take some time to go inward, close your eyes to the outer world and pay attention to the inner world. Just notice what happens. That is meditation- noticing what is happening in each moment when your mind is at rest. I send My Blessings to all- I draw to me the best life can offer! Sangit.

Trust and Courage

Trust and Courage. Enormous words. I have rested many times in their solace. Especially during the difficult periods of life when my direction had not made itself apparent. Who or what do we trust? Where and how do we access courage? The forever resource of existence is always at our disposal, always flowing with abundance, encouragement, and creativity but do we remember to listen?

For many of us, our negative self-talk is dominant. It urges us to expect and believe the worst. These negative programs have been so well installed in our cellular memories. Each time I remind myself to have trust and courage, my physical dimension relaxes into the depths of existence. This important signal, relaxation, points to what is nurturing to us. Negative self-talk has the opposite effect. It contracts us physically and energetically.

Trust and courage reminds us to review our past accomplishments and take note of how we achieved them. If we look closely, it is step-by-step; each simple task executed. I was once told we are never given more than a spoon to handle anything in life. The spoon is a symbol of what we need to handle each day to accomplish what we envision. But many of us think we need to be a genius making great strides (using shovels and cranes) each day and magically our life is in place! If I look back at my greatest accomplishments, they consisted of very ordinary spoonful tasks…that I accomplished each day. And in such an ordinary way, an entire organization developed. An acting career was created. Motherhood happened.

So if it so easy, why don't we just do it! What blocks us from consistently staying in the "know"? Simply our thoughts. Become aware of your thoughts, your self-talk. What is it telling you? How is it manifesting in your life? What is it you are creating?

Take full responsibility that your life is what YOU are creating and then for a few days, each time you hear your negative self-talk, repeat the words trust and courage. And celebrate your awareness!

In loving awareness of the existence and oneness of all! Sangit

Live Life with Intent

"What you envision in your mind, how you see yourself, and how you envision the world around you is of great importance because those things become your focus." ― Eric Thomas

What a great quote! One aspect it speaks of is how important it is to envision your life, your future and what you focus on when you meet someone or different situations. This principle represents the blessed gift that we all have to imagine our life and live with the intent to achieve the highest standard of our vision. So what you envision and focus on will come to fruition. The more you nourish your dreams and starve your fears, your life will evolve in a way that is expansive and in loving harmony. Need some help? I am only a call away.  I draw to me the best life can offer! Many blessings -Sangit

Be Love

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart." Helen Keller

It is because of prose like this that we are assured that our journey into love is a divine desire and everyone is deserving of a life full of love and joy. For many this represents their journey towards a soul mate. For others, it means to bring your loving self to whatever situation you are in. When our heart is full, others feel it as our heart chakra emanates an energetic frequency that is felt by others around us. Be love. Be loving. It will change the world around you. The Right Path

"We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive." C. S. Lewis

This quote by C.S. Lewis is very forgiving. We all start a path that we think will lead us to more abundance, prosperity, and relationship. We all at one time or another find ourselves on the wrong path to follow. This quote tells us that there is a road back even if we find ourselves in a situation that does not bring you joy, we have the freedom to regroup and change our course.

In other words, this happens for everyone. The sooner you assess you on the wrong road and adjust your course, the better off you are. I draw to me the best life has to offer! Many Blessings- Sangit
