It is an excellent method of being conscious of how worry sits in your body and rots, which isn't good for your overall health. A regular practice has health benefits such as lowering blood pressure and helping you recover from fatigue.

Allow Yourself A Good Cry.

Releasing worry by crying is very healthy. There are a lot of toxins in your tears, so when you cry, you are experiencing both a physical and emotional release of your worrying. The best practice is not to hold it in when you feel the need to cry, but you can also set aside time every day to cry. Sometimes we're not aware of the sadness we carry inside, and it can be the source of our worry created out of past trauma. When we release tears, we let go of current and past emotional trauma.

On a similar note, you can try Laughter Yoga, which is the practice of laughing. It also helps you release stress, including worry, as it forces you not to take life so seriously and to let go. Laughing is a great way to let your fears go and just be.
