All this is possible and so much more. People worldwide are hopping on board the affirmation train because once you begin to manifest your dreams, nothing can stop you!
Your subconscious mind can be your greatest friend if you know how it works. Your subconscious mind holds the most power. It is said that your subconscious mind is one million times more potent than your active mind, and it runs 95% of your life. So how can we tame this mysterious force and make it work for us to attract whatever we want
in life?
Here are five reasons why we use affirmations:
Reason #1
Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind
The first thing to know is your subconscious mind is always alert. Your subconscious mind never sleeps. Your subconscious mind is also like a tape recorder. It records everything. If you are sleeping with the television on, you are welcoming, whatever is playing at that time to be programmed into your mind. Choose wisely what you are sleeping with on the TV or turn it off completely. If you sleep better with background noise, then choose something worth programming. Classical music, binaural beats, nature sounds, and music that is 432hertz are great programming tools. Repetition of certain sounds reprograms your subconscious mind for success.
When you wake up after listening to these types of sounds, you feel calm and empowered. It is essential to become aware of all the frequencies around you. Be particularly mindful that your subconscious mind is always downloading new software form your environment. Your environment is paramount to retraining your subconscious mind to act differently. When you wake up feeling empowered, remember to show some gratitude for it. I am so grateful for another day.
Reason #2
Elimination of Negative and Limiting Beliefs.
Are your beliefs holding you back in life? Is what you are thinking of holding you back and stripping you from becoming your most refined version? Your views are the program that is holding you back! By considering the same thoughts, they become a habit. Not only do they become a habit, but they also become your limiting beliefs. One way to remove a limiting belief is to ask yourself, are my views helping me grow my most refined version? The answer is simple. If what you believe is not helping you move forward in life, it must not be accurate. Consider that belief is a lie, and you can change it at any time. Make sure that your views are self-serving. For example, if you believe you are no good, it is just a belief that is not self-serving, and it becomes detrimental to your mental health. Change that belief! I have all that I need to succeed. Say it, repeat it, live it!
Reason #3
Replacing Fear with Thoughts of Certainty.
We are all equipped with fear at some time or another. It could be fear of heights, fear of spiders, and fear of not making anything of yourself. The two most well-known acronyms of FEAR are; forget everything and run, or face everything and rise. When you face fear, it no longer has power over you. Muster the courage to face whatever fear it is and rise. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Fear is only present to teach you about your insecurities, but it is equally smart to respect fear. Fear also serves as a warning signal. How to differentiate this is to ask, is this fear helping me, or is it preventing my growth? The answer is for you to decide, then say, I am healthy and brave, I believe in myself.
Reason #4
Staying Focused on Goals.
Do you wake up every day trying to do a million things at once? Are you creating distractions that are keeping you from the life you desire? When we wake up each day, we tend to watch something that does not serve us, and then we do something that takes our focus off of what we meant to accomplish.
Beginning each day by checking your phone or scrolling on social media is a great way to create distractions. Start a habit of pausing with technology and focus on the task at hand. One way to end this distracted state of being is to emerge yourself in something that resonates with your spirit. Create structure in your life to avoid distractions. The personal structure is about the way you begin each day. To help maintain focus, concentrate on the beginning, the middle, and the end of each project, in that exact order. You can also say to yourself three times: I am motivated, I am focused, I am conquering.
Reason #5
Creating a Higher Vibration of Happiness, Joy, Appreciation, and Gratitude.
Quantum physicists have shown we are not just a human body. We are pure energy. It is imperative to keep your frequency vibrating high. Frequency is the rate at which something moves per second. And frequency is what creates vibration. A frequency monitor was built, and it shows how the human body is between 60-72 megahurts. This is considered to be a healthy human body. Fifty-eight megahurts are where you get a disease, and where 80 megahurts are the genius. As our frequency drops, we become ill. Every disease has a frequency. The same is true that when your frequency rises, you are healthier and happier. In retrospect, the frequency can help us, or it can hurt us. Nikola Tesla said, 'If you want to understand the Universe, think in terms of energy, vibration, and frequency.' Now that you understand frequency better be careful of the words you are using because words create realities. Be kind to yourself and others because word is bond. Never underestimate the power of thoughts!
By using positive affirmations every day, you raise your vibration frequency. The two words, I AM, anything you put after them you will become.
Here are some positive affirmations to say everyday:
I am grateful for the life I have created.
I am good enough.
I am happy and joyful today.
I am motivated, I am focused, I am conquering.
I am healthy and brave, I believe in myself.
