One of the easiest ways to move through a sad or 'stuck' moment is to pull your attention back to yourself and acknowledge that you are in the business of living.
It is very easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and get distracted or get lost in the moment. Feelings of stuckness often arise because we are not living in the moment, but living in our heads instead. Take a moment and breathe and remind yourself who you are.
Say to yourself, "Self, you and I were not meant to be sad or stuck. We are in the business of living Free and Joyful. I give you, Self, permission to move back into those alignments. We are best friends; we will do it together!"
Then, take a moment to place your hand on your heart, relax, breathe and smile even if you don't want to.
Practicing this re-aligns the psyche as well as the brain. It will lead you to your healing process.
