Bright Greetings Dear Ones,
Welcome to my new and returning readers. It is a joy to connect with each of you!
Thank you for choosing to join Meet Your Psychic and for sharing this time.
I want to share with you the energy of the Goddess Sophia. Known as the Goddess of Wisdom, King Solomon erected statues to her in his temples. Men and women have prayed to her in many cultural manifestations for eons. She is Mary, the mother of Jesus, and Tara in Buddhism. She is Quan Yin (Kwan Yin), the healing Goddess in Askan culture.
She represents life and rebirth, and many have prayed to her to release their burdens, obstacles, pain, and sorrow. She is one of the most widely seen Goddesses throughout the world. I asked Spirit to give me the name of my beautiful malamute when I adopted her from the local Malamute rescue.
She was given the name Sophia. Let me share Sophia's story with you: She was rescued from a situation where she was tied under a porch from when she was a puppy. The only human contact that she had was her dirty water and food bowls being filled once a day (if that). When I found her, I felt something within me connect to her need for a real and loving home. She called to me.
Sophia is a beautiful white malamute with the gentlest spirit I have ever seen. I applied to adopt her, and someone else had beat me to it. I felt quite grieved that she would not be with me, a grief that I could not explain at a logical level. I kept checking the rescue site over the next two weeks, I felt tugged to keep my eyes on the site, and sure enough, nearly two weeks later, she re-appeared in the adoption queue.
I was able to file the adoption form, passed the home visit, and set the date to bring her home. When I went to pick her up, my heart was beating so fast from the excitement that I could not stay still. I was bringing my girl home!
When they brought her out to me in the lobby, they passed me her leash, and she immediately sat down beside me as if she knew she was home. Sophia's pure and loving energy of her spirit moved and moved my heart. The work was not done, for she had to learn to trust, and Sophia and I patiently walked this journey together., When Spirit gave me the name Sophia, they knew what they were doing.
Sophia comes in many forms, and for me, she showed up in my life as my wonderful girl. She and I have a special bond that I cherish. I would like to think that The Divine Goddess of Wisdom brought us together. My girl and I have found healing together, and there is nothing too grand for my sweet snow angel.
Where does Sophia show up in your life?
I love you, and I believe in you.
In Divine Truth and Love,
Psychic Shira
