Journal it out. Then destroy it. 

Take time to write out your worries and anxieties to get them out of your head and physically release them. This activity works best with a pen to paper but can be done on a computer. The vital part is to destroy what you have written afterward as a way of letting go.

Recognize your feelings and name them. 

Acknowledge what brings you down and show yourself compassion. Don't suppress it or ignore it. Embrace the feeling and honor what it is trying to tell you. Name the emotions so you can deal with them accordingly. We will often bottle up our senses to the point we can't distinguish one from the other.
