Whenever I have this discussion with anyone, a personal story I witnessed comes to mind. An Assistant Manager wanted the Manager where she worked to retire so she could take her place. She talked about this always and said the Manager was getting old and needed to retire.
After two months of this, the Manager fell and broke her knee. The Assistant Manager was happy about this and thought she would be moving up into the Manager position. But after eight weeks the Manager returned to work. The complaints started again from the Assistant Manager, and within three months, the Manager then broke her hip. Scary!
Spiritual or Energetic Hygiene is essential and can be simple. One of the easiest ways to create protection is merely setting an intention to protect yourself energetically.
You can say out loud or mentally, "I am surrounded by protective light, and negative energy cannot affect me."
As you speak this, you will simultaneously see yourself surrounded by a protective light. Another effective method is visualizing a protective bubble of white or pink light around yourself/vehicle/home. Our guides and angels are always around to protect us from any negative influence. All we need to do is ask!
