How to Release Negativity : Insights with Psychic Ranee
Releasing negativity is easier than you may think. I am a master at reiki energy healing, and removing negativity is one of my specialties.
I enjoy teaching energy healing and helping others use their energy for manifesting their best life. Once people learn how to use energy healing, they can heal themselves whenever they need it.
To start, just clear your mind and focus on your breath. Breathe in slowly as much as you can through your nose and out of your mouth slowly. As you do this, focus on what you are grateful for in every sense.
Gratitude is a simple way to clear negative energy. You may need to create a gratitude list so when a negative thought or feeling comes in, and you can replace it with what you're grateful for in your life. Keeping a gratitude journal can also be helpful.
You can also choose a color to imagine seeing in your mind's eye while you do breathwork. Try doing these things a couple of times a day for 5-15 minutes every day. It will be a new routine that will retrain your body and cells to a higher vibration when it becomes a habit. You will become more adaptive in releasing negative energy when it comes your way.
Before you know it, you will be more positive than negative. Just by changing the energy, you carry you will begin to see positive things happen daily.
