Crystals To Calm & Protect During A Crisis: Advice from Psychic Shira

Welcome to my new and returning readers. It is a pleasure to connect with you. I want to share some of the crystal wisdom that I have acquired over the past few years.
I have been studying and collecting rocks, crystals, and minerals since I was 9. I have formally studied with noted geologist and experts, as well as lapidaries, and certified geologist. Let's look at a few of my personal favorites; I hope that you become friends with them.
Calcite: comes in many different colors. Green calcite is soothing to the nervous system; honey calcite is a stone that instills a sense of peace and stillness within (especially to calm racing thoughts), blue calcite carries the healing properties of water. Calcite also aids in the replenishment of osteoporosis or bone issues, as it encourages the assimilation of calcium into the cells of the body. The calcite can be placed by your bed, in a central room of the home, or worn.
Angelite & Celestite: I love the healing energy of these stones! Much like seraphinite, they connect you to the higher vibrational healing realms. Having an Angel crafted from one of these fantastic crystals will aid in connection to your Spiritual allies. They can be worn, or place in your yoga or meditation space. If you have one in Angel form, you can hold it in your non-dominant hand during meditation to enhance your connection to your Guardian Angels and the Archangels.
Rose Quartz: Great for your skin! Cleopatra utilized a rose quartz beauty treatment to maintain her vitality and youth. Rose quartz face rollers, in combination with rose oil, will do wonders to bring you back to more youthful and vibrant skin. Rose quartz brings healing to a broken heart. Carry heart-shaped rose quartz in your pocket and hold it throughout the day. Let it work it's magic in expediting healing to your damaged or grieving heart energy.
Flower Agate: The Gaia stone and connected to the deep nurturing of Mother Earth. Known as the Mother Stone, it is much like being cradled in the arms of Gaia, receiving the love needed to not only heal the physical body but to restore vitality.
Citrine: Sunny Citrine will make her way into your life, creating a sense of joy and happiness. You can not only wear it but place it in your kitchen and other typical family areas. Please be aware it does react to light and fade over time in appearance. Other examples of stone that fade are danburite, rhodonite, rhodochrosite. There is a variation from the lighter citrine to the deeper Zambian Citrines. It does not matter which variety you choose; they are your happy stone!
Selenite (aka Satin Spar): A clearing stone. You can wear it to clear your energy, or get selenite bowl and place your jewelry or any other item to bring the energy back to a positive state. Selenite comes in different colors and is lovely. It is gypsum and quite a soft running in elongated crystal threads. Please do not place in water or on or near salt.
Shungite: Protects from ELF (extremely low frequencies), boosts the immune system, and in combination with grape amethyst, aids in warding off viruses. Shungite is quite soft; please do not place in water. When you do clean it, please use a soft dry cloth. Shungite is especially useful worn as a pendant against the sternum.
Labradorite and Moonstone: These unusual chatoyant stones are radionics. Radionics inspire people to tell the truth around you. Are you going to a board meeting? Place the sphere of either stone in the center of the table! The truth will prevail. Moonstone helps to balance female hormones, and labradorite brings out the vibrancy in your life. These are a few of my personal favorites.
