Feeling lost is not the end, but the beginning of real and positive change. Today's segment focuses on how to navigate through this transitional period in your life.

After a loss of any kind, you may feel angry, confused, emotional (unexpected emotional responses), depressed, and like you don't know where you fit in any longer. Please understand, dear ones, that this is temporary, and it will pass. Here are some things that you can do to make the transitions easier:

Change your routine

Change up your daily rituals, incorporating new and healthier habits into your life. Switch out the ones that no longer serve your best interest.

Plan for your future

Think about where you would like to be in the next week, month, and year. What do you want to do with your life? Is there something that you left unfinished? Is there a business you have wanted to start?

Put your plan into action a little each day

If you do something to move forward towards your dreams each day, it brings a sense of accomplishment and encouragement.

Learn something new

I have a program that I do each morning to keep my mind sharp and to learn something new. I also do the crossword puzzles in ink and finish it accurately and quickly, and I started a literature and dog book club in my community. The idea is that each day you are bringing freshness and vitality to your life.

Keep the passion flowing

Be open to meeting new people, connecting with the synergy that comes from two or more people growth-oriented individuals joined together with a creative or positive intention. Synergy is two or more people coming together, producing exponential results or feelings. You and I need each other and thrive in positive and reciprocal relationships. It is the humanity in each of us that looks for that loving and affirming connection.

Set the bar high

Release the low expectations you may be carrying for your life, how others and the justifications treat you for your reasons why you are not successful. You are meant for greater things, and will and already are making it through this life transition. It is time to step out of your own way!

Reconnect to your faith/spirituality

Whether it is yoga, daily meditation practice, or finding a new church home, You are a Divine Child, and the importance of connecting to that part of yourself will bring greater joy and balance to your life.

Dear Ones, take each moment and day as it comes and release the feelings that need to be emptied from you.

When you permit yourself to release the tears, grief, anger, and frustration as it manifests, you clear space for the positive feelings and to move forward into your bright new life.
