Tarot Card of the Day: Prince of Cups

Blessings, Dear Ones. The Prince of Cups has come across your path today to let you know that the Wind over the Water is entreating you to let go of the fear, anxiety, and uncertainty that is on your horizon today.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Wind over Water has to do with the Kidneys and Adrenals. The kidneys filter our impurities, and keep the electrolytes balanced in the body. The adrenals associated with energy and our flight or fight impulse. The kidneys are also connected with the emotions of fear and uncertainty.

If you allow these to be the primary emotions in your life, your beautiful intuition is blocked, and you are unable to see clearly the brilliant path you are on right now. You will fail to enjoy the small moments of success that you are intended by Spirit to experience!

The Prince of Cups is passionate about his life, and although he may appear calm, like the serene surface of a deep body of water, his feelings run deeply pertaining to all parts of his life. He moves past the fear and uncertainty and is able to dive deeply into the deep Intuition and Wisdom that he is innately endowed with. He acts upon these intuitions with such a fierceness, that it is surprising to those around him, for he is not easily moved nor flustered by those around him.

He may even appear to be detached and cold at times. But he has a deep warmth that when revealed, will radiate warmth to everyone with whom he comes into contact.

The Prince of Cups is asking that you explore your Deep Intuition and seek the solutions that you are needing, and then to TRUST what you feel and see.

Have faith in yourself, Dear Ones, for you know the secrets and truths of the deep, and the origins of the dynamics around you. Take action based on these understandings, and do so confidently and quietly. There is no need to discuss it, for you already know what needs to be done!

Exercise:

Look at a situation around you today, and take a few minutes to shut out the sounds of the well-intended superficial, 'quick fix' advice. Ask Spirit to connect you to the root of the problem, taking you to the ocean floor if you will. What do you see as the etiology (root cause of the problem)? What is the best solution?

Move from the center of your heart, but act according to what you see and feel. Each time that you do so, you have are develop this part of yourself, the Wise Elder that knows what to do and when to act. And each time, you build trust equity with YOURSELF.

Dear Ones, I believe in your Deep Intuition and Wisdom. I see how far you have come and that you are each day, letting go of the fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. You are amazing!
